Dremel 628 Precision Bits

This Dremel 628 precision kit comes with a 7/64 (2.8mm) bit that is phenomenal for drilling all the 3mm pins on Glock frames. This bit is slightly smaller which gives you room to work with. More importantly, it leaves no burrs. Use a 3mm Fisch by hand afterwards for perfect aligned holes.

Dremel 90 Degree

Down (-44%) Never have we seen this sub 20 bucks. You've seen me in videos also use it as my tap for drilling pin holes. I especially prefer this method over a small tap because it provides a good grip. I'm always finding new ways to incorporate this and find it useful on the new bridge frame.

Mini XY Milling Table

You've watched me bang out a Sig build with ease because of this tool. Now we use it for the new P80 bridge frame as well. Making it twice as useful. It is the perfect milling table to use with a dremel workstation, These go for over a $100 on Amazon, but the Cali guy we follow listed a batch for $41 with more than 10 available. That's a whopping 60% discount.

Bang out the Bridge 76% Frame block area with ease. These make the job quick and efficient with little clean up work. Use them for the block trigger pin cylinder obstruction and the material they added where we drill the front hole. Snip Snip :) Check out General Discussions in the forum. Polishing Sticks

These sticks are used in the final stage to get that frame MINT. The set runs from 80 grit all the way to 7000! Two things to note here: First these are rounded small on one end helping to get into tough spots on the new 76 frame and second the cost hasn't changed but they upped it from a 10pc kit to a 20 giving you 2 of every grit (double-sided too)

Novus Plastic Polish

Novis Step 1 is the BEST product to clean your plastic parts that are disgusting from the factory. You can get just stage 1, but I recommend the set with the scratch removers. This helps restore the dremel work on the frame and cover up nicks.

These are not nearly as good as the Austor polishers, however I much prefer to use these on the many pieces that don't require a higher end polishing bit. This kit is 100pc's with all the right sizes and shapes. Inexpensive, gets the job done and I don't have to destroy the expensive ones.

This is the kit I use in all my videos. Ten years old and still cutting away freedom blocking material. There are copycat kits, but just can't beat the blades and quality of X-Acto. You could do the majority of a build with just this kit and some patience.

This jig by DLD Hardware is a great design that aids in drilling the perfect holes. It's not big and bulky like the standard P80 jigs and most importantly there is never a worry about your frame moving because the jig is loose.

DLD Front Pin Jig

Problem Solved! This jig takes care of the front hole for the LBRS on the Polymer80 76 Bridge frame. Clamps on with 2 bolts (supplied) creating a tight flush fit up against the frame.
